Update an Address in Directory

This article provides steps to update an address in Directory.

A staff member can update an address in Directory.


Here are the steps:

1. From Directory click on Family and Members in the main menu.

2. Search for the desired family.

3. Click on the Family to view the Family Detail screen.


4. Click on the ellipsis to view the drop down menu.

5. Select Update Address from the menu.

6. Update the address on the side sheet.

7. Click on the Update button. 


8. Review the suggested address information and select Use Submitted Address or Resubmit Address as appropriate. 

Note* The updated address is viewable on the Family Detail page.
