Reactivate a Family in Directory
This article provides information on how to reactivate a family that was previously deactivated in Directory.
A deactivated family can be reactivated in Directory as needed, as when, for example, a family returns to your parish or organization. The gold bar indicating a deactivated family on the Family Detail Card is removed when you reactivate the family.
Complete the following steps to reactivate a family in Directory.
1. In Directory, select Families and Members in the main menu.
2. Search for and select the family to view the Family Details Page.
3. On the Family Detail Card, click the ellipsis to view the drop-down menu.
4. In the drop-down menu, select Reactivate Family.
The gold bar indicating a deactivated family is no longer displayed on the Family Detail Card.
