Overview Video with Details Below on each option. All Quick Tasks are outlined in this article.
Tags Filter
This list will be unique to your organization based on the tags you’ve applied to families and individuals. Tags are not “family only” or “individual only,” rather they can be applied to a family and an individual as necessary. Remember when selecting tags the system will return families with all tags selected. Filtering for more than one tag will reduce your results. Select the tags you desire from the drop-down.
Demographics Filter
Gender: You can filter for only males or only females. If you leave this section blank the system will not consider gender in the results.
Member Type: You can ask for only Families (Households) or Individuals (members). If you select “Families” here, do not select any other attributes as they are all individual attributes.
Language: Selecting multiple languages will return families or individuals with any of these languages listed on their account.
Type: This will filter individuals with a specific member type. It will return individuals with any of these types.
Ethnicity: Selecting multiple ethnicities will return families or individuals with any of these ethnicities listed on their account.
