Update Employment

This article provides steps to update employment in Directory.

A staff member can update a member's employment in Directory.


Here are the steps to update employment:

1. In Directory, from Dashboard, search for the family name.


2. From the Family Detail page, click on Family Members in the main menu.


3. Locate the desired family member and click on the View Details button.


4. Click on the ellipses on the Additional Information Card on the member screen to view the drop down menu. 

5. Select Update Employment from the drop down list.


6. Edit the employer and occupation on the side sheet as necessary.

7. Click on Save to process.
