Update Associated Organization Contact Information

This article provides steps to update the associated organization contact information.

An administrator can update the associated organization contact information.


Complete the steps to update the associated organization contact information:

1. From Giving go to Organizations.

2. Search for the desired organization to update.

3. Click on the organization to open and view the detail page.


4. Click on the ellipsis to view the drop down menu.

5. Click on Update contact information.


6. Update the email address and/or the phone number.

7. Click on SAVE to process.
