Systems of Church Life on the Inform Reports and Statistics Dashboard

This article provides information about the Systems of Church Life data on the Mission Pathways Inform Reports and Statistics Dashboard.

Once an initiative is created it reflects on the Systems of Church Life card. An initiative is a plan of action to achieve health and growth for a specific church system. i.e. an area identified as key to the church mission. 

The example below represents a view at 6 months of one initiative that included one associated experience, to help grow the congregation, named Tuesday Bible Study. This initiative had 4 volunteers/leaders and 10 participants.

Complete these steps to locate and view the Inform Reports and Statistics Systems of Church Life dashboard card:

1. From the homepage, click on Inform Reports and Statistics.
 

2. On the dashboard card, click on the Metrics Timeframe drop-down menu to view the time frame options and select either Current Church Calendar Year, 6 Months, or 12 Months.

3. Systems of Church Life areas can be viewed and selected in the drop-down menu on the card. The Systems of Church Life terminology can be customized to match your church's specific strategy and would be reflected in the label of the drop-down.

4. Click on the data point to view more in depth information about the Systems of Church Life statistic.
 

Note* Click on the statistic (1) for Systems of Parish Life on the dashboard card to view a pop up card with an explanation of the data point.
 

In the example, presented on this card, the number of sessions and retreats that would have been actively running at some point during the time frame selected is 1. Session and Group Types are associated with each initiative to track the actions being taken to achieve the goals for the initiative.
