This article provides steps for a Giving Administrator to view pledge in the directory to see how the pledge is progressing.
The Giving Administrator can track / view pledge progress on a family or member in the directory.
Steps to track and view pledge progress:
1. From Directory go to Families and Members.
2. Search for the desired Family or Member in the Directory Search.
3. Click on the Family or Member to open the Details Page.
4. Click on Contributions.
5. Scroll down to view the Pledge’s progress.
Note* There are 3 ways for pledges to display in the Directory:
- Any details of pledges tied to the family will display on the family’s detail page.
- If the pledge is tied to an individual member, and the individual is not tracked separately, it will display on both the individual’s and the family’s detail page.
- If the pledge is tied to an individual member, and the individual is tracked separately, the pledge is not displayed on the family’s detail page, it is only displayed on the member’s detail page.
