The system automatically matches public giving accounts with directory members based on email addresses. These accounts will be matched at the level of the individual, rather than the family. If an account is matched incorrectly or you prefer to match to the family rather than the individual, you can unmatch the account. To do so, follow these steps.
From the accounts page, click on the row of the account you want to open.
Then open the kebab menu on the name card and select “Unmatch Account from Directory Entry”
You will then be brought to the Match Accounts page with the individual highlighted with the intention to rematch.
