Share a Form

 This article provides information about sharing a form.

After you use The Form Builder to create your form, Configure Form Options, and Review your form, the final step is to share your form. A unique url (web address) is automatically created during the form building process. By copying this url, you can share the link on your website or another means of communication you choose.
 

After you review and test your form, the Form Complete page appears, displaying a completion message along with the form url (web address). To share your form, click the box containing the form url. The link is copied to your computer clipboard and can now be pasted into your website, an email, or another form of electronic communication.

 

You can Update a Form Address if needed on the Form Details page, even after you share the form. If you update the address, be sure to update any links you have shared.
