This article provides steps for the administrator to send an email to the Donor to initiate the process of resetting the password.
Here are the steps:
- From Giving go to Accounts.
- Click on the appropriate Donor record.
- Locate the ellipses (3 vertical dots) next to the Donor’s name and select Reset Password. (A notification indicates an email was sent to the Donor with instructions to initiate the process to reset the password.)
After clicking the link in the email to begin the process, the Donor can choose any password.
