This article provides steps for the Online Giving Admin to remove a Donor Account from Online Giving so it does not show up on an Account List or on an Account Report.
1. From Giving go to Accounts.
2. Select the desired Donor/Guest Account.
3. From the Donor Detail Page click on the Ellipses (3 vertical dots).
4. From the drop down Menu, select Remove Donor Membership.
4. On the confirmation pop to Remove Account enter the email address.
5. Click Confirm.
Note* Visual steps are best viewed at full screen. Click Esc on your keyboard when you are finished viewing.
*Once the account is removed the Donor will still be included on Tax Reports but not appear in an Account List or on an Account Report.
