How to Request Electronic Changes for an Envelope Order
View order under Envelope menu.
Click “Request Changes” in top right hand of order details
If making changes to a specific envelope such as design, text, date, or removing an envelope, indicate that on the “Requested Changes” line to the right of the affected envelope.
If you are making changes to a reoccurring envelope, click the button that appears on the right and it will apply the change to all occurrences of the envelope.
Provide general notes for changes in the “Additional Comments” at the top.
