How to Complete the OSV Processing Acknowledgement Form (PAF) Renewal

This article provides steps to complete the PAF renewal process.

Below are the steps to complete the OSV processing acknowledgement form (PAF) renewal process, and links to the ACI PAF Form and the OSV PAF Form.

Steps to complete the PAF renewal process:

1. Access the Customer Portal. Go to https://www.osvhub.com.
2. Log in with your email address and password.

Note*If you are not currently set up to use the OVS Hub, contact your Customer Service Team to get signed up. As a part of the signup process, you will receive an email invitation to get started with OSV.

3. Click on Envelopes.


4. Click on Postal Forms.

5. Click Renew to open the form.

6. Check the box to confirm.
7. Enter your Name, Title and Phone Number.

8. Click Renew to submit the form.
