This article provides steps to Export Religious Education Transaction Data.
There are 3 reports available for exporting Religious Education Transaction Data; Quickbooks, ParishSOFT Accounting and one titled Other. The General Ledger Account Number is included in each report. Here are the steps to run the reports.
Quickbooks
- From Giving go to Online Giving Exports
- Select Quickbooks
- Select a Date Range
- Select Religious Education
- Determine if Only Export Contributions Not Yet Exported should be selected
- Click on Export
- View report in iif format
ParishSOFT Accounting
Follow the same steps 1-6 above to Export Data using ParishSOFT Accounting software. The report populates as a CSV file.
Other
For the third report select Other and follow steps 1-6. The report populates as a CSV file.
