This article provides steps to Disable a Custom Email Thank You Message on a Fund.
- From Giving go to Funds
- Select the desired Fund
- Whether the Email Thank You Message is enabled or not can be seen on the Fund Detail Page
- From the ellipsis (3 vertical dots) select Edit Email Thank You Message
- Uncheck the box named Add an Email Thank You Message
