The Directory account is the account you, a church directory admin, created in the system to update information for this member of the family. A Directory account can be edited by any directory admin.
A public account is created by a parishioner or visitor during the online giving process and is visible by clicking on the link icon next to their member page in Directory.
To toggle back to the Directory account for the parishioner simply click the square person icon to the right of their name. Public Account information cannot be changed by the parish.
