Converting to Draft Mode

A form remains in draft mode until you click “Complete” in Step 3 Review. On Step 4 of the builder you can “set to draft” if you would prefer not to take submissions for your form.

Once a form has submissions it can only be put back into draft mode if there are no submissions or you delete all submissions.

If a form does not have submissions, you can put it into draft mode by selecting ‘details’ from the dashboard and changing the form status.

Then select “edit settings”

The side menu editor will appear and you can change the status to “Draft” or change the form name or recipient email.

The “Edit Form” menu option will now appear in the kebab menu on the right. Clicking will allow you to edit the form settings.

Forms in draft mode are indicated with a yellow dot on the form dashboard.
