This article explains how to add and store notes on the Donor’s Record.
1. From Giving go to Accounts to search for a particular Donor.
2. Click on the Account to view the Account Detail Screen.
3. Scroll down on the Account Detail Screen to to find Notes card.
4. Select ADD NOTE and enter content.
If adding an initial note select ADD NOTE and enter content.
If adding a second note click on the ADD NOTE button and enter content.
5. Click Save.
The Note section will be found open on the Account Detail page but can be collapsed to hide the notes by clicking on the caret circled in red.
