Can I connect a form payment to an individual fund in Online Giving?

Payments will show up in your Online Giving Reconciliation Report alphabetical with your other funds based on the name of your form.

Can I edit a form after it is live?

It depends.  A form can be edited regardless of its state as long as there have been no submissions to that form.  Once a form has submissions, you can no longer edit the form layout without deleting all submissions and reverting the form to draft mode.  However, you may still modify the form configuration settings. Can I embed a Form on my website?

We’re working on it! Right now the best way to share the form is with the link created in the builder! Read more about it in this article.

Can I have someone test a form?

You can use the “draft mode” of a form to test it. The link created in “draft mode” can be shared with others to test the form. Submissions submitted during “draft mode” are not saved or forwarded to the “response recipients.”

Can I import payments into my Church Management Software?

You will have to manually import payments from OSV Forms into your Church Management Software as well as your Accounting/Ledger Software.

Can I reuse a Form?

Yes! You can duplicate a form to easily create the 2019 registration form of a 2018 form. Read more about duplicating forms in this article.

Can I set the amount someone pays in a Form?

This is a feature that will be available in the future! A workaround for this is to have the user fill in the amount in the payment section. Here’s an article about the payment input field.

Do Forms work in all browsers?

OSV Forms work best in Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. Due to security issues, forms and payments are not supported in Internet Explorer.

Do forms work on mobile browsers?

Yes.  OSV Forms has been specifically designed so that all forms should display properly on mobile devices.

How much do OSV Forms cost?

Nothing!  OSV Forms is free for any organization the uses OSV Hub. To activate forms check out this article.

What bank account will my payments deposit into?

All payments with forms will deposit into the account you have set up in Online Giving. We cannot deposit into separate accounts at this time.

Why do I not see the payment block?

While you can activate forms on your own, you need to contact the Online Giving support team to link payments. You can call them at 800-348-2886.

Why don’t I see the form option?

You might not have forms activated. Check out this article for how to activate them for your church. You can also go to http://www.osv.com/forms to begin the process.
