Credit Card/ACH Monthly Statements

To view your monthly credit card and ACH statements from Paya, which include the fees charged to your account, you will need to log into this website:

https://www.myvirtualreports.com

Under Log In, click Merchant.

If you are a first-time user, you will need to click Register here. (If you’ve registered on this site previously, you can simply log in with your Merchant ID, username, and password.)

To begin the registration process, you will need to enter your 16-digit Merchant ID. If you are not sure what this is, reach out to Technical Support at 800-348-2886 and we can provide you with this number. You will also need to enter your bank account number and the security code displayed on the page and click Continue.

Review the Terms & Conditions and then check the “I Agree” box when you’re ready to proceed.

Choose a username, enter your email address, and choose a password (enter it twice) to complete the registration.

You have now completed the registration process and will be logged into the account. If the system asks you to log in, log in using your Merchant ID, username, and password.

You are now logged in. Depending on which statement you want to pull, hover over either Credit Card or ACH.

Choose Monthly Statement Search from the dropdown menu.

You can pull a statement by entering the month and year of the statement you are looking for.

Monthly statements are typically available on or around the 1st of the following month. If you try to pull a statement that is not available yet, you will get an error message.

When you search for a statement that is available, you will see an option to download the statement. Simply click Download Statement to get the PDF file.

The ACH statement search works essentially the same way, but you will see a preview of the statement right in the window, and the button to download the PDF file is actually a small PDF icon.

NOTE: The ACH fees show on the following month’s statement. For example, any fees incurred in July are actually reflected on the August statement.
