Giving Data Out of Sync

This article provides information about when the Giving Data Out of Sync information displays.

The system notifies you if Directory and Online Giving are not in sync. If it has been 8 or more days since your last import, a card displaying Giving Data Out of Sync is visible on the dashboard card when you log into Directory. It also provides how many days it has been since your previous import and resets after every import.

Click on Import Data button on the card to begin the importing data process.
