Directory Accounts and Public Accounts
This article provides information on Directory Accounts and Public Accounts and who can eate and edit them.
The Directory Account is the account the church directory administrator created in the system to update information for a member of the family.
Note* Directory accounts can be edited by any directory administrator.
A Public Account is created by a parishioner or visitor during the online giving process and is visible by clicking on the link icon next to their member page in Directory.
Toggle back to the Directory account for the parishioner by clicking on the person icon.
Note* Public Account information cannot be changed by the parish.
