Locate and View Directory Activity
This article provides information about the Activity card in Directory, and steps to locate and view it.
All user activity is automatically recorded in the system on the Activities card for every family and family member for which an administrator completes a change. These changes can include name changes, address changes, sacraments, life events, inactivations, envelope numbers or removal from envelope lists, Diocesan IDs, anything that was done automatically by the system, and more. The date the change occurred, as well as by whom it was performed, can be viewed on the Activity card.
Steps to locate and view Activity for a family:
1. In Directory locate the desired Family from Families and Members.
2. Click on the desired family to open the Family Details.
3. Click Activity from the Main menu in Directory to view family activities from anywhere on the Family Detail page.
Each family member also has an activity page.
Steps to view the family member activity:
1. Click on View Details.
2. Click on Activity and the activity for this family member displays.
