Billing Payment Methods
This article provides information on how to add a billing payment method.
Payment methods may be added to an account for one time or automatic payments.
Here are the steps to add a billing payment:
- From the Billing dashboard select Payment Methods.
- Click on Add Payment Method.
- Create a Nickname to identify the account.
- Select the Bank Account Type. (Only Checking or Savings accounts may be used for envelope orders.)
- Enter Routing Number.
- Enter Account Number.
- Click on Add New Bank Account to process.
Note* Multiple accounts can be set up if needed.
