Find People Using Encounter Experiences Filters

This article provides information about the Encounter Experiences filters within the Find People feature.

Encounter Experience filters include information about participation and volunteer activity. Whether performing a new or existing search, the Encounter Experiences filters can help narrow down a search to find potential volunteers, your next leaders, or even those who have not been spiritually active.

Complete the following steps to locate the Encounter Experiences filters:

1. Click on Accompany Find People.

 

2. Click on either a Saved Search or create a New Search.
 

3. Click on the drop-down icon to open the Encounter Experiences filters. 
 

The Encounter Summary Data filters in this section contain information about participation and volunteer activity.

4. Place a checkmark in the box to select the desired queries. 

Make selections based on your specific needs. You can find those who are currently, or were participants or a volunteers and the timeframe these activities occurred. Or, you may want to find those who are not currently a participant or volunteer, or if they were a participant, if they withdrew and did not complete the activity.

Note* Two of the queries in this section ask for more information than just a checkmark in a box. To enter this information, first, check the box, if desired. Second, from the drop-down menu, determine the frequency on which you desire to capture information. (1 time only, 2 times exactly, etc.). Once those two areas have been completed, the calendar becomes available to enter appropriate date range information.
 

This section helps you locate people who participated in various Session Types and if you want to get more specific, the dates of those Sessions.

5. Select as many Session Types and Sessions as desired by placing a checkmark in the corresponding box. 

Note* The green checkmark icon indicates selections have been included from the section.
 

This section helps you locate people who did not participate in various Session Types and if you want to get more specific, the dates of those Sessions.

6. Select as many Session Types and Sessions as desired by placing a checkmark in the corresponding box. 
 

This section helps you locate people who volunteered in various Session Types and if you want to get more specific, the dates of those Sessions.

7. Select as many Session Types and Sessions as desired by placing a checkmark in the corresponding box. 
 

A summary of what has been selected can be viewed. Either click on the See Results button, or go on to another set of filters (Grow Experiences, Strategy, etc.) before clicking on See Results.
